Short version: we collect only what we need to reply to you and run your website, we don't sell it, and you can ask us to delete it anytime.

What we collect

• If you contact us (form, email, or text): your name, business name, and contact details — so we can reply.
• If you become a client: your business information for the website, and payment records (processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number).
• For demo research: we look at publicly available business information (your existing website, public listings, and reviews) to build free demos. Nothing private, nothing scraped from behind a login.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We don't run advertising trackers on this site.
• We don't email you after you say "unsubscribe" — once you opt out, it's permanent.

Where it lives

Inquiries and client records are stored with our infrastructure providers (Cloudflare, Google Workspace, Stripe), each under their own security and privacy programs.

Your choices

Email hello@getbrightsite.com to ask what we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We answer quickly — it's one person reading, not a department.
